Florence Offers Three Kart Options:
2-Seater Kart - Driver Requirements: 18+ years old and at least 55" tall, and Passenger Requirements: Minimum 42" tall
We offer a variety of karts to suit drivers from ages 7+ and most shapes and sizes up to 325 pounds! We highly recommend you select the kart that best matches your driving ability, regardless of age, for the safest and best experience.
Each race lasts 6 minutes, including any caution or red-flag time.
Kart types run in separate heats, so Pro Karts do not race at the same time as Junior Karts. Adults who want to race with younger drivers may do so by using a Junior Kart.
We offer karts for racers ages 7 and up, accommodating a wide range of sizes up to 325 lbs. For the safest, fastest, and most enjoyable experience, we strongly recommend choosing the kart that best matches your driving ability, not just your age.

For safety, guests with hair longer than shoulder blade length must wear a complimentary hair sack, as long hair and kart parts don’t mix. Safety first!
You must have an Annual Membership to participate in karting, $8.00. Your membership provides:
All drivers are responsible for driving safely, and any damage to the kart and/or track/barrier system while driving is the responsibility of the driver. Our Karting Liability Coverage provides protection and peace of mind. If you are to damage a kart and/or track/barrier system, you are responsible for repair costs. Karting Liability Coverage limits your exposure to a $200 deductible, then Full Throttle will cover costs up to $1,000 after that. Any damages in excess of $1,000 the driver is responsible. Karting Liability Coverage is purchased per Driver.

SAFETY BRIEFINGS
All new participants are required to attend Safety Briefing(s) for activities they want to participate in. Our Briefing(s) introduce participants to the activities and review procedures and rules that must be followed. Karting Safety Briefing introduces drivers to indoor karting, kart operation, safety regulations, track rules, and driving tips. Before driving, it is the driver’s responsibility (or parents of Junior drivers) to determine if there is adequate ability to maintain control of the karts. Reckless drivers who cause multiple cautions limit the amount of quality racing for other participants on the track, and as such, cannot be tolerated. We love to help and coach, but can only do so during non-peak times. If you or your child has never operated a go-kart, we strongly suggest non-peak times (weekdays or opening times) for our staff to be able to provide additional instruction, guidance, and/or coaching.

We’ve got a kart for nearly every age, size, and skill level—covering drivers from ages 7+ and up to 325 lbs. For the safest and most enjoyable experience, always choose the kart that best matches your driving ability, not just your age.
Pro Karts - Our top-tier SODI Pro Karts are powered by a Honda GX200 engine and deliver speeds up to 40 mph. Built for performance and safety, they feature exceptional stability, impact resistance, and fully adjustable seats and pedals.
Junior Karts - Built by SODI and designed for younger racers, these karts pack all the adjustability and safety of our Pro Karts in a smaller frame. Powered by a Honda GX160, they reach speeds up to 25 mph.
2-Seater Kart - Our 2-seat kart lets you share the ride with a passenger—perfect for first-timers or anyone wanting the thrill of indoor karting without driving solo. The driver controls the kart, hitting speeds up to 40 mph.
